About Cruise Holidays by Train

From St. Pancras International in London, board the Eurostar service and travel via the Channel Tunnel to meet your connecting train in Europe. Depending on which of the train and cruise holidays you select there may be an overnight stay before boarding the high speed train to your ship.  As well as being one of the most environmentally friendly modes of transport, travel by train is easy and relaxing and your Tour Manager will take care of all the arrangements on your behalf.  Once you arrive at your cruise ship this will be your floating hotel for the rest of your holiday, meaning that you only need to unpack your suitcase once. 

The ships that are used on our train and cruise holidays are specially selected by us based on their high standard of service and the appeal of the destinations that are visited. The ships have spacious lounge and bar areas where you can relax with a drink and socialise with fellow guests whilst gazing at the passing scenery from the large panoramic windows. Weather permitting, there is also an open sun deck where you can relax outdoors on the deck chairs or sun loungers. Evening meals are served to you in the ship's elegant dining room, whereas breakfast and lunch may be a self-service buffet. For gala dinners during some train and cruise holidays, guests are expected to wear more formal attire although for the rest of the cruise there is a laid back atmosphere. Elegantly appointed outward facing cabins have large windows so that you don't miss any of the views and all are en suite with a WC, sink and shower. 

In each place that you visit there will either be some free time for you to explore independently or there will be a pre-organised excursion that will be accompanied by your Tour Manager. All excursions are included within the price of train and cruise holidays where stated, however they are not compulsory if there is something else that you would prefer to do. Our aim is for you to get the upmost enjoyment from your holiday so do not hesitate to speak to us about any extras that we can provide such as upgraded train seats, cabin upgrades, organising rail connections in the UK or even extending your holiday with overnight hotels in London, Paris or Brussels.
